1) The following section with a white background is your published My MedProfile™. This is the profile that will appear when someone scans the QR Code or enters the URL printed on the front of your new MedCard. Please review your profile below carefully to make sure all of your information is correct. If anything needs to be changed, click the Edit My MedProfile™ button below and update your information.

2) Test your new MedCard by scanning the QR Code with your smartphone. Your published My MedProfile™ should open automatically. You can also test it by opening a new browser tab and entering or pasting the URL printed on the front of your MedCard into the address bar.

3) For future updates, simply sign in to My MedProfile™ at mymedprofile.com and select the My MedProfile™ option from the navigation menu. From there, you can access and manage your profile.

4) After you have reviewed your published profile and are satisfied that everything is correct, we recommend that you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This adds an additional layer of security to help protect your My MedProfile™ account.

5) Your My MedProfile™ Dashboard is where you can manage your profile and return to it whenever you need to make changes. You can use the dashboard to access your profile, review your information, and continue managing your My MedProfile™ account.

6) Remember that the information displayed in your published profile is the information you have chosen to provide for emergency reference. Keep your medical information, medications, allergies, medical conditions, emergency contacts, and other important information current. Whenever your information changes, return to your My MedProfile™ account and update your profile.
